KUSO commemorates in collabration with families of departed members annually to promote the legacy of former members and also inspire spirit of caring.
Kutlwano in partnership with Desperados Bikers have an annual event in Kuruman in the Northern Cape where they distribute Dignity packs for girl learners and food parcels as well as blankets to the elderly and the needy.
2009 - KUSO organised a Heritage Day / Wellness Day in Kwa-Thema which attracted about 500 people.
2010 - Organised Wellness day which attracted more than 800 participants.
2011 - Organised heritage day event SA signature annual event attracting more than 1000 participants.
Kuso Organizes Annual Madela campaign supporting Schools with food parcels, blankets, School shoes and School uniforms.
Kutlwano Social Organization has adopted in annual school shoes project where it donated school shoes to needy students around Kwa-Thema and surroundings. To date KUSO has distributed over 2000 pairs of shoes to students both at primary and secondary level.

Kuso co-ordinated a campaign together with the Health Department, to provide awareness and deal with challenges of Prostate Cancer and HIV / Aids.
Kuso established a Mpho Madi Trust Fund, after a girl - child from Kwa-Thema, who was born limb-less. This is running independently and has helped other children born without limbs.
2000 - Visited Standard bakery in Brakpan to promote baking skills for the youth
2000 - Took a Group of students to S.A Mint in Pretoria to learn about Monetary Policy.
2001 - Organized a Group of Students to the SABC Studio in JHB to Learn about broadcasting.
2002 - Visited Coca-Cola Bottling Company in JHB with a group of students to learn about production and bottling
2002 - Visited Eskom Power station in Vanderbijlpark with a group of students to learn about the generation of Electricity.
DONATION OF WHEELCHAIRS TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
Kuso teamed up with Rotary Club of Knights Pentragon - Edenvale, and launched a project to donate wheelchairs to the disabled peopleof Kwa-Thema and surrounding Areas.
WINTER WARMERS CAMPAIGN
In 2003, Kuso partnered with the Community Welfare & Social Development Department, the Ekuruhuleni Mayoral Office, Aranda Textiles and Kaya-FM and donated blankets to the needy members of the community in what was termed "Winter Warmers Campaign".
CLEANING OF KWA-THEMA CEMETRY
In the first year of its existence, Kuso embarked on a project to clean the local cemetry, as a symbol of our Heritage and culture.
DONATION OF USED CLOTHES
The second project was the collection of used clothes from families, friends and relatives, which were donated in the needy Kwa-Thema and surrounding areas.
THE ADOPTION OF PHOLOSONG HOSPITAL
In 2000, we adopted a Children's Ward at Pholosong Hospital in Tsakane, and donated toys to the sick children.
